100 Bible Verses Everyone Should Know by Heart by Robert J. Morgan is an excellent book if you are lacking motivation. Part 1 is titled, “The Power of Scripture Memory.” This will spur you to get started with Part 2. This second part lists the 100 verses with explanations that help you to understand the verses. I’m working my way through them. So far, they are familiar verses to me. I’m enjoying the review. I like the title. We often call memorizing “knowing by heart.” If we memorize and meditate on God’s Word, it will shape our hearts and our minds.

That’s one of the advantages to memorizing passages, chapters or books. I don’t worry about the verse numbers. =)

Wanted to say….R & J are home for a week and we are having such a grand time. We had a photo shoot in a field of hay bales this aft. Such laughing…I loved it. Hope you are having an extra special month also.
