I enjoy reading the The Nester from time to time. Her mantra, “It does’t have to be perfect to be beautiful,” resonates with me. I do a lot of cheats from time to time when it comes to decorating. I get some ideas from her and I love the fact that she is renovating an old farmhouse right now. I’m so excited to see what she does with it. Her taste in decorating isn’t quite to my liking, but I still think her home is lovely.
She is doing a link up this month with a 31 day challenge. I don’t know if I will link up because my schedule is so full this month. I can’t commit to posting for the next 31 days, but I do want to focus on a theme this month. It’s something that I have lost some of my focus on and want to get it back. I’ve been doing it, but not with the concentration that I need. So for the month of October I plan to focus my posts here on Scripture Memory. I have a passage that I plan to work on. I’ll share more about it in a later post. I also plan to share some tips that have helped me along the way. If you haven’t started this discipline in your Christian life, there is no better time than the present!
