Matsumoto Castle

We went to Matsumoto Castle today.  This castle is one of the national treasure castles in Japan.  I’ve been wanting to go for a long time!  This picture was taken from a moving van.  The view on the drive up and back was incredible!

It was a chilly, but beautiful day!  We were thankful for this, because rain was in the forecast.

This was our last fling in Japan for this term.  We return to the states next week for furlough.

I’ve also been wanting to try out iPhoto, so I did a little work on each of these photos.

It’s been a great day!  Now I have to get back to reality…

I’m not sure when I will have internet access.  I will post as I am able.

Sayonara, beautiful Japan!  You will be missed.  See you next year!

Next week, I will be on the other side of the world and spending time with family and friends.
